La piazza dei Carmelitani è una piazza nel primo distretto cittadino di Graz, la Città Interna, ed è stata chiamata in onore del precedente convento dei Carmelitani.
La piazza si trova tra Sporgasse, Hartigasse e Paulustorgasse. A est si trova il Giardino dei Pavoni. La piazza dei Carmelitani è stata creata a partire dal 1578 dall'arciduca Carlo II ed era pianificata come punto centrale di un'espansione della città. È una grande area rettangolare e presenta un costruito chiuso sui lati nord e sud risalente al XVII secolo. Fino alla fondazione del convento dei Carmelitani nel 1629 da parte dell'imperatore Ferdinando II, la piazza dei Carmelitani era denominata piazza contro il castello. Dal 1938 al 1945 è stata rinominata piazza Rudolf-Erlbacher.
