Già dal XIV secolo la chiesa di Sant'Osvaldo a Seefeld è nota per il “miracolo dell'ostia”. Di conseguenza Seefeld attirò molti pellegrini e lì fu costruito un grande monastero agostiniano. La chiesa esiste ancora e sul sito del monastero ora c'è un hotel benessere.
