Velika Kladuša è un comune della Federazione di Bosnia ed Erzegovina situato nel Cantone dell'Una-Sana con 44.770 abitanti al censimento 2013.
Il comune è menzionato per la prima volta in un documento ufficiale nel 1280, come Cladosa anche se popolazioni nel suo territorio si trovavano fin dall'Impero Romano. Fu conquistata dall'Impero Ottomano nel 1633 e in seguito dagli Asburgo. Durante la seconda guerra mondiale la regione era teatro degli scontri tra i partigiani e i nazisti. Ha qui sede la società Agrokomerc che nel periodo della Iugoslavia arrivò a contare 13.000 dipendenti, rendendo questa zona una delle più ricche della repubblica socialista.
