Fino al 1889 Hove non aveva una stazione. Nel 1892 fu realizzata una sala d'attesa in un vecchio vagone ferroviario senza ruote. Il 01/10 1898 fu inaugurato il primo edificio in pietra. Nel 1932 la ferrovia fu scavata, poiché la linea 25 venne elettrificata, furono aggiunti 2 binari doppi e un nuovo edificio della stazione dall'altro lato. Il ponte ferroviario attuale sostituì la barriera. L'edificio della stazione è ora chiuso e ospita un caffè.
