La chiesa di San Martino è la chiesa parrocchiale di Houthalen, situata in piazza San Martino, nel comune belga di Houthalen-Helchteren.
La chiesa è stata menzionata per la prima volta nel 1223, ma la parrocchia è probabilmente più antica. In origine qui sorgeva una chiesa romanica, ma all'inizio del XV secolo si iniziò la costruzione di una nuova chiesa gotica. Il coro fu eretto nel 1437, come testimonia l'iscrizione: int iaer ons heren MCCCCXXXVII waert desen coer ghefondeert. Intorno al 1500 fu costruito il campanile. Non è noto se la navata sia stata completata intorno al 1437 o intorno al 1500. Tutti questi elementi sono realizzati in ciottoli di Maastricht e mergo.
