Die Sint-Martinus-Kirche ist die Pfarrkirche von Houthalen, am Sint-Martinusplatz, in der belgischen Gemeinde Houthalen-Helchteren.
Die Kirche wurde erstmals 1223 erwähnt, aber die Pfarrei ist wahrscheinlich älter. Ursprünglich stand hier eine romanische Kirche, aber zu Beginn des 15. Jahrhunderts begann man mit dem Bau einer neuen, gotischen Kirche. Der Chor wurde 1437 gegründet, wie die Inschrift bezeugt: int iaer ons heren MCCCCXXXVII waert desen coer ghefondeert. Um 1500 wurde der Turm gebaut. Es ist nicht bekannt, ob das Schiff um 1437 oder um 1500 entstanden ist. All diese Teile sind aus Maassteinen und Mergel gefertigt.
