Il Begijnhof Ter Hoye, ufficialmente Begijnhof Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Ter Hoye Gent, è un begijnhof nella città belga di Gent. Il begijnhof è anche conosciuto come il Klein Begijnhof. Il begijnhof e la chiesa Onze-Lieve-Vrouw ter Hoyekerk prendono il loro nome da un prato che nel primo medioevo si chiamava ''Groene Hoye''. Nella città si trova anche il Groot Begijnhof Sint-Elisabeth e nella frazione di Sint-Amandsberg a Gent si trova il Groot Begijnhof Sint-Amandsberg.
