Il team di Laurent Ney ha ricevuto la richiesta di costruire un ponte sul fiume Ourthe nel comune di Tilff a Liegi. Da un lato si trovano il centro del villaggio e l'autostrada E25, dall'altro lato ci sono strutture come l'ospedale, l'università e il centro commerciale. L'ufficio ha deciso di costruire due ponti di 136 metri uno sopra l'altro. Il superiore è destinato al traffico automobilistico. Offre protezione per il traffico ciclistico che si dirige verso l'altro lato un piano più in basso.
