Harnoncourt è un comune nel Belgio, nella provincia di Lussemburgo, ed è una frazione di Rouvroy nell'arrondissement di Virton. Il villaggio si trova nella valle del Ton. Nella frazione si trova una grande fabbrica di cellulosa.
Alla fine dell'Ancien Régime, Harnoncourt divenne un comune, al quale apparteneva anche il villaggio di Lamorteau. Nel 1823, in Lussemburgo, furono effettuate grandi riforme comunali e molti piccoli comuni furono accorpati. Il comune confinante Torgny fu soppresso e aggregato a Harnoncourt. Il nuovo comune assunse il nome del villaggio intermedio, Lamorteau. Dopo che già nel 1853 Torgny era stato nuovamente separato, nel 1906 anche Harnoncourt si distaccò da Lamorteau e divenne un comune autonomo.
