Harnoncourt ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Luxemburg und eine Teilgemeinde von Rouvroy im Arrondissement Virton. Das Dorf liegt im Tal der Ton. In der Teilgemeinde befindet sich eine große Zellulosefabrik.
Am Ende des Ancien Régime wurde Harnoncourt eine Gemeinde, zu der auch das Dorf Lamorteau gehörte. 1823 wurden in Luxemburg große kommunale Neugliederungen durchgeführt und viele kleine Gemeinden wurden zusammengelegt. Die Nachbargemeinde Torgny wurde aufgelöst und zu Harnoncourt hinzugefügt. Die neue Gemeinde erhielt den Namen des dazwischenliegenden Dorfes, Lamorteau. Nachdem bereits 1853 Torgny wieder abgespalten wurde, wurde 1906 auch Harnoncourt von Larmorteau abgespalten und eine eigenständige Gemeinde.
