Mendonk è un paese nella provincia belga di Fiandra Orientale ed è una frazione della città di Gand. Mendonk è uno dei paesi canali a nord di Gand, nel porto di Gand lungo il canale marittimo Gent-Terneuzen e il Moervaart e il Zuidlede. Un'attrazione è la pietra della penitenza di cui la tradizione narra che San Bavo l'abbia portata come cuscino. Questa pietra è conservata nella chiesa di San Bavo.
