I Gratiebossen è una foresta nei comuni belgi di Berlare e Zele. Si trova a nord-est della foresta paludosa Berlarebroek, a ovest dell'abitato lineare di Kamershoek e a sud della Gentsesteenweg. Fino al XVIII secolo era una grande e vasta foresta, dalla Kouter a Zele fino a Overmere. Tra i famosi abitanti dei Gratiebossen c'era la banda di Jan Praet, venditori porta a porta durante il giorno e che di notte compivano rapine in case dove erano stati durante il giorno. Si rapinavano anche i passeggiatori nella foresta. Secondo la tradizione, il nome della foresta risale a questo periodo; i ladri derubavano infatti i passanti senza grazia.
