Il monastero domenicano Centre Spirituel Notre-Dame de Fichermont aveva una suora molto conosciuta, meglio nota come Soeur Sourire (Jeanne Deckers) con il suo successo "Dominique". È stata anche per un certo periodo al primo posto della classifica musicale americana. Qui cantava regolarmente le sue canzoni composte da lei. Il monastero ebbe l'idea di farne stampare un disco da consegnare ai visitatori e ai novizi. Nel 1967 lasciò il monastero.
