Il padrone Karel e i suoi genitori Annie e Willy hanno aperto questo locale nel 2007 con un'unica intenzione: servire ai loro ospiti una cucina artigianale e onesta, o come dice il padrone stesso: “da noi niente ‘ge-Knorr’ in cucina”! La cucina belga artigianale è al centro. Qui tutto è preparato con ingredienti freschissimi, brodo fatto in casa e erbe del proprio orto. Porzioni generose di steak, côte à l'os, grigliate e pesce fresco di giornata sono sempre accompagnate da salse appena preparate, patatine croccanti e verdure fresche. Nel pomeriggio ci sono pancake appena cotti e gelato fatto in casa. Sei sempre il benvenuto a bere un bicchiere durante tutto il giorno.
