Dal 2 luglio 2011, il servizio turismo a Heist-op-den-Berg si è trasferito. Ora si trova in Postweg 6, 2220 Heist-op-den-Berg (precedentemente Bergop 2, 2220 Heist-op-den-Berg). Postweg è una strada senza uscita che è stata costruita non molto tempo fa. Pertanto, questa strada non è ancora rintracciabile tramite la maggior parte dei sistemi GPS. È una strada laterale della Noordstraat, una strada che confina con la Bergstraat, la via dello shopping di Heist-op-den-Berg.
