La sfilata di carnevale di Teuven si tiene il sabato prima di mercoledì delle ceneri. La sfilata esiste dal 1985 ed è diventata un evento che attira anche i carnascialeschi da lontano al di fuori dei confini comunali.
La prima domenica di luglio si svolge a Teuven il tradizionale Teuvenement. Questo è un evento basato sul Preuvenemint di Maastricht. Si utilizza un "Preuflap", un libretto con dieci buoni, con i quali si può andare a prendere qualcosa da provare in ciascuno dei dieci stand, provenienti da dieci diversi paesi o regioni di tutto il mondo.
Ogni ultimo weekend di agosto si tengono le feste parrocchiali, che si svolgono dal 1980.
