Kaster è un paese nella provincia belga del West Vlaanderen ed è una frazione di Anzegem; era un comune autonomo fino alla riorganizzazione comunale del 1977. Intorno al 1920 furono trovati raschietti e punte di freccia del neolitico. Anche se il luogo era attraversato dalla strada romana che andava da Bavai a Oudenburg e sembra che il nome Kaster derivi dalla parola romana castrum, non sono state trovate resti di un accampamento romano, sebbene siano stati trovati reperti di monete romane, frammenti e pezzi di tegole. Nel 1977 e successivamente sono stati trovati anche resti di un insediamento romano.
