La piazza Regina Astrid è una piazza nel centro della città belga di Anversa. Si affaccia, tra l'altro, su De Keyserlei e Carnotstraat.
Un tempo era una piazza di classe dove passavano i viaggiatori dei treni, i visitatori dello zoo e quelli delle sale da festa. Al centro della piazza era stato creato un giardino in stile francese. Nel 1935 il nome originale Statieplein è stato cambiato in Regina Astrid, in onore della recentemente scomparsa regina Astrid.
