Il Gavermeer di 65 ettari costituisce il cuore del dominio. Oltre a camminare e andare in bicicletta, si possono praticare vela, surf e pesca. Durante i mesi estivi e con sorveglianza, è possibile nuotare nella zona nuoto. C'è un padiglione sanitario dove è possibile fare la doccia.
L'intero dominio provinciale di 173 ettari offre anche aree gioco e relax, sentieri, un percorso per biciclette e cavalieri, una riserva naturale e il mulino Kouter restaurato.
