Das 65 ha große Gavermeer bildet den Kern des Gebiets. Man kann dort neben Wandern und Radfahren auch Segeln, Surfen und Angeln. In den Sommermonaten und bei Aufsicht kann man im Schwimmbereich schwimmen. Es gibt ein Sanitärpavillon, in dem man duschen kann.
Das gesamte Provinzgebiet von 173 ha verfügt auch über Spiel- und Liegewiesen, Wanderwege, einen Fahrrad- und Reitweg, ein Naturschutzgebiet und die restaurierte Koutermühle.
