Il Lhomme, a volte scritto anche come l'Homme o Lomme, è un fiume in Vallonia nel bacino del fiume Mosa.
È un affluente della Lesse e nasce vicino a Bras nella zona di Saint-Hubert, provincia di Lussemburgo, a un'altitudine di circa 460 metri. A Éprave, nella Famenne, poco oltre Rochefort, provincia di Namur, sfocia nella Lesse a un'altitudine di 150 metri. Su una distanza di 24 chilometri è stata costruita la linea NMBS da Namur ad Arlon nella valle del Lhomme.
