Fort di Brasschaat
Il Fort di Brasschaat, costruito tra il 1909 e il 1912, è ancora un dominio militare e quindi non accessibile. Fino a poco tempo fa è stato utilizzato come area di addestramento, ma ora è abbandonato e un importante rifugio per pipistrelli.
Il forte fa parte di una zona di protezione speciale europea e si trova in un'area boschiva, ideale per passeggiate lungo il punto di connessione 7 della rete 'Kempense Heide'. Negli anni '70 l'esercito belga ha tentato di far saltare in parte il forte, ma solo l'ala sinistra è stata distrutta.
Il forte è raggiungibile tramite la Bredabaan (N1) e la Sionskloosterlaan.
