Chiesa neoromanica del 1956, situata su un crinale, che sostituisce una chiesa del 1770. Famoso luogo di pellegrinaggio del XVI secolo. Navata rettangolare con torre ovest quadrata sotto tetto a spiovente e coro con un'unica campata rettilinea e abside semicircolare. Costruzione in mattoni sotto tetti a due falde (bitume); piedistallo, blocchi di supporto e contrafforti in pietra naturale. Aperture murarie a forma di arco tondo collegate.
