Come biochimica con una formazione specializzata nella birreria e con un ampio terreno nel piccolo podere da lei acquisito, Mélissa Résimont ha iniziato l'avventura nel 2013 con suo fratello Nicolas. All'inizio producevano circa 20 litri, nel 2016 già 675 ettolitri. Oltre alle loro quattro birre permanenti, Mélissa e Nicolas creano una o due volte all'anno una birra speciale in edizione limitata.
