La cava di Ampsin-Amay è grande più di 30 ettari ed è stata classificata nel 2008 come riserva naturale statale. Per dare ascolto agli interessi e alle possibilità ecologiche di questa cava è stato creato un percorso geologico con 13 pannelli didattici che raccontano della fauna, della flora, delle rocce e della storia locale. Qui troverai anche un facile sentiero accessibile a tutti, dove puoi vedere il passato industriale (i forni di calce) fondersi con la natura. C'è anche un percorso accessibile solo con una guida naturalistica accreditata.
