Palenge è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Lussemburgo. Si trova a Septon, una frazione di Durbuy. Palenge si trova a poco più di un chilometro a nord-est di Septon e a un chilometro e mezzo a nord-ovest del centro città di Durbuy.
Alla fine dell'Ancien Régime, Palenge divenne un comune, ma fu soppresso da un decreto imperiale del 1812 e Palenge fu aggregato a Durbuy. Nel 1826, Palenge, così come il comune soppresso di Petite-Somme, fu annesso al comune di Borlon. Nel 1900, Palenge, come Petite-Somme e Septon, fu nuovamente separato da Borlon nel nuovo comune di Septon.
