Losheimergraben è un piccolo villaggio che appartiene a Manderfeld, che è a sua volta una frazione del comune belga di Büllingen e del comune tedesco di Hellenthal. Si trova su entrambi i lati del confine belga-tedesco. Il villaggio è composto da alcune case e una rotonda dove la N626 verso Manderfeld e la N632 verso Büllingen si incontrano. La Bundesstraße 265 tedesca che va da Schleiden a Prüm è collegata a questa rotonda tramite due strade di collegamento.
