Berleur si trova a nord del comune di Anthisnes, tra i villaggi di Limont e Rotheux. Si trova in una posizione eccellente del Condroz ad un'altitudine di circa 200 m e domina le valli del fiume Vaux a nord e della Magrée a sud. In realtà, Berleur è composto da due piccole entità: Grand-Berleur a ovest e Petit-Berleur a est. Oggi sono stati costruiti nuovi edifici tra queste due parti originali del villaggio. Le case e le fattorie più antiche sono generalmente costruite in pietra calcarea.
