Berleur se encuentra al norte del municipio de Anthisnes, entre los pueblos de Limont y Rotheux. Se sitúa en un excelente lugar del Condroz a una altitud de aproximadamente 200 m y domina los valles del arroyo Vaux al norte y el Magrée al sur. En realidad, Berleur consta de dos pequeñas entidades: Grand-Berleur al oeste y Petit-Berleur al este. En la actualidad, se han construido nuevos edificios entre estas dos partes originales del pueblo. Las casas y granjas más antiguas están construidas generalmente de piedra caliza.
