L'Accademia di Brugge può riflettere su una lunga storia. Nel 2017 è stato celebrato il suo 300° anniversario. In occasione di questo giubileo, negli ultimi anni si è "scavato" nella sua storia e si è sentita la necessità di fare un'autoanalisi.
