I campi di luppolo sono un'attrazione nel paesaggio.
Le loro alte e snelle canne e i cavi tesi sono un'opera d'arte di per sé.
Questo mi ha ispirato nel progettare e realizzare l'opera “Humulus Lupulus”. Ho scattato molte fotografie e ne ho selezionate alcune da elaborare poi in un'immagine graficamente interessante. La variazione nella direzione, spessore e ritmo di questa struttura lineare l'ho mantenuta in un certo senso nella sua forma piatta e bidimensionale. È attraverso pieghe e sovrapposizioni delle composizioni che queste ottengono un'espressione tridimensionale.
