In cima alla Cittadella di Namur, in un ambiente verde protetto, l'attraente Parco Reine Fabiola o il "PARF" offre numerose possibilità di svago per bambini dai 2,5 ai 12 anni e famiglie. È stata fondata nel 1959 ed è oggi gestita dal Servizio Giovani della città di Namur.
Il nome fu cambiato nel 1962, in seguito alla visita della coppia reale durante il loro gioioso ingresso a Namur.
Ampio parco giochi (castelli, altalene, funivie, ponte sospeso, giochi di equilibrio, scivolo a torre alto 11 metri, ecc.), con un'area riservata ai bambini 3-6 anni e un'area “Galaxy” per 6-12 anni vecchi.
• Circuito di arrampicata “Jungle Piste”, a partire da 8 anni;
• Minigolf (18 buche);
• Auto elettriche, go-kart, trampolini, scacchi giganti, castelli gonfiabili, ecc.;
• Area barbecue (solo su prenotazione) e area pic-nic.
Un'accogliente caffetteria con terrazza , dove potrete bere un drink, gustare un gelato o anche mangiare qualcosa.
PARF apre tradizionalmente la stagione turistica ogni primo sabato di aprile. La stagione termina alla fine delle vacanze autunnali, all'inizio di novembre.
