L'ex Casinò di Chimay, che domina la Place des Ormeaux , fu costruito nel 1843 sul sito di un vecchio mercato coperto.
Fu costruita in stile neoclassico e ha pianta rettangolare. Una delle facciate, a destra, è preceduta da un alto e profondo portico con archi a tutto sesto e chiave aggettante con corona decorata in oro e da un'ampia scalinata.
L' accogliente brasserie ha un design molto speciale . Una vecchia collezione di foto racconta la vita degli abitanti di Chimay e del casinò. Il gestore propone nel menu piatti regionali, come la scabeche di Chimay, la terrina di Chimay, la trota dell'Abbé Gourmand o altre proposte del giorno. Quando il tempo è bello è piacevole rilassarsi sulla terrazza.
