Middelkerke - Oostende completamente tramite la strada GR costa dei Sentieri di Grande Percorso.
L'intero percorso è contrassegnato con i famosi segnali giallo-rossi ed è quindi molto facile da seguire.
Noi abbiamo utilizzato Ostenda come nostra base e abbiamo sempre preso il tram costiero da e verso il punto di partenza e arrivo. Ho sempre prolungato il percorso fino alla fermata del tram costiero. In questo caso il punto di partenza è Middelkerke Belle vue e l'arrivo è la stazione di Ostenda.
