La diocesi di Nicopoli è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Bulgaria immediatamente soggetta alla Santa Sede. Nel 2019 contava 25.000 battezzati su 2.500.000 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Strahil Veselinov Kavalenov.Sede vescovile è la città di Ruse, dove si trova la cattedrale di San Paolo della Croce. Il nome della diocesi proviene invece dall'attuale città di Nicopol, dove agli inizi del XVI secolo si trovava la maggior parte dei fedeli cattolici e dei missionari.
