La Sarina è un fiume svizzero di 128 km, che, in modo particolare, attraversa longitudinalmente il Canton Friburgo. È il principale affluente di sinistra dell'Aar.
Scorre verso nord fino a Gstaad; in seguito verso ovest attraverso il distretto Pays-d'Enhaut. A Lessoc entra in un lago artificiale creato dalla diga di Lessoc. A Montbovon, riprende la direzione nord fino al lago della Gruyère . In seguito scorre fino a Friburgo, città costruita all'interno di un meandro, dove entra nel lac de Pérolles, bacino artificiale creato dalla diga della Maigrauge. Mantenendo sempre la direzione verso nord attraversa un lago artificiale, quello di Schiffenen creato dall'omonima diga e infine si getta nell'Aar a sud di Berna.
