La Clinique Cecil è un ospedale a Losanna. È presente nella lista degli ospedali del cantone di Vaud, che ha quindi conferito incarichi per le prestazioni di assistenza sanitaria di base. La clinica è stata fondata nel 1937 ed è parte del gruppo di cliniche private Hirslanden. Nell'anno fiscale 2018/19, alla clinica sono stati trattati 4375 pazienti ricoverati da 386 medici.
Durante il viaggio intorno al mondo dell'aereo solare Solar Impulse 2, il centro di emergenza della Clinique Cecil coordina l'assistenza medica per i due piloti Bertrand Piccard e André Borschberg.
