Sihlbrugg è un comune svizzero di trasporto e un importante nodo di trasporto tra i cantoni di Zugo e Zurigo.
Sihlbrugg si trova nella valle di Sihl, in un punto in cui il fiume Sihl è attraversato dalla strada tra Zugo e Wädenswil. Il villaggio si trova tra la catena dell'Albis e la regione dello Zimmerberg che funge da spartiacque tra i fiumi Sihl e Lorze. Il villaggio si trova a sud del cosiddetto Sihlzopf e ad est del Passo Hirzel.
