Il percorso parte da Bonatchiesse (campeggio) e conduce al rifugio Chanrion (2462 m).
I primi chilometri passano sull'asfalto, poi c'è un'ampia strada sterrata. I pezzi di Tunel sono un bel cambiamento. Fino alle 15:00 la cucina in cabina è aperta ed è possibile ottenere un oide di pasta.
