Schköna è una frazione della città di Gräfenhainichen nel distretto di Wittenberg in Sassonia-Anhalt. Fino all'integrazione, Schköna comprendeva anche la frazione di Hohenlubast, oggi anch'essa frazione di Gräfenhainichen.
Schköna è menzionata per la prima volta come Skogen nel registro del vescovado di Meissen del 1346. Il nome del luogo Skogen ha origini slave, ma il significato è sconosciuto. Durante la Guerra dei Trent'anni, Schköna fu completamente distrutta dagli svedesi. La chiesa fu ricostruita solo nel 1670.
