Schköna es un barrio de la ciudad de Gräfenhainichen en el distrito de Wittenberg en Sajonia-Anhalt. Hasta la incorporación, Schköna incluía el barrio de Hohenlubast, que hoy en día también forma parte de Gräfenhainichen.
Schköna se menciona por primera vez como Skogen en el registro diocesano de Meissen de 1346. El nombre del lugar Skogen tiene origen eslavo, pero su significado es desconocido. Durante la Guerra de los Treinta Años, Schköna fue completamente destruido por los suecos. La iglesia no fue reconstruida hasta 1670.
