Schirgiswalde è una frazione della città di Schirgiswalde-Kirschau nel distretto di Bautzen nel sud-est dello Stato libero di Sassonia. Si trova nella regione montuosa della Lusazia lungo lo Spree.
Schirgiswalde si trova a circa 12 km a sud della grande città di Bautzen e a 5 km a nord del confine ceco nel sud-est del distretto. Numerose montagne circondano la città. La montagna più caratteristica è quella dei Kälbersteine.
