Schirgiswalde ist ein Ortsteil der Stadt Schirgiswalde-Kirschau im Landkreis Bautzen im Südosten des Freistaates Sachsen. Er befindet sich im Lausitzer Bergland an der Spree.
Schirgiswalde liegt etwa 12 km südlich der Großen Kreisstadt Bautzen und 5 km nördlich der tschechischen Grenze im Südosten des Landkreises. Zahlreiche Berge umsäumen die Stadt. Der markanteste Berg sind die Kälbersteine.
