Nieheim è una cittadina nel Nordreno-Westfalia, Germania, e fa parte del distretto di Höxter. È una località termale di clima salubre ed un centro fondamentale in una zona prevalentemente rurale. Per l'attuale nome del paese Nieheim ci sono le seguenti denominazioni storiche: Nihem, Nyem, Nym. A Nieheim, che si estende su una superficie di circa 80 km², vivono circa 6250 abitanti.
