Wiesensteig è una città nel distretto di Göppingen in Baden-Württemberg, situata nel sud-est della regione di Stoccarda.
Wiesensteig si trova nell'alto Filstal nell'area della media Alb sveva, a un'altezza compresa tra 561 e 829 metri nel distretto di Göppingen. Al margine della città passa la A 8 in direzione di Ulm. Il territorio comunale è caratterizzato da una valle profonda fino a 200 metri che si estende da sud-ovest a nord-est, nella quale sgorgano diverse sorgenti carsiche che si uniscono al corso della Fils. Le superfici ondulate appartenenti all'Alb della Fils, a nord della valle, si continuano verso sud nell'area dell'Alb delle colline medie intorno a Laichingen.
