Tauscha è una frazione del comune di Thiendorf nell'estremo est del distretto di Meißen nel libero stato della Sassonia. Il comune precedentemente autonomo è stato incorporato in Thiendorf il 1° gennaio 2016, portando alla dissoluzione della comunità amministrativa di Thiendorf, cui appartenevano entrambi i comuni.
Tauscha si trova nel mezzo della Bruchmühle Heide. Le città vicine sono Radeburg e Königsbrück. La capitale statale Dresda si trova a circa a sud della frazione. La B 98 corre a nord e la B 97 a est di Tauscha. A ovest del territorio comunale passa l'A 13, che è raggiungibile tramite il collegamento di Thiendorf. Presso la frazione di Zschorna si trova il lago Großteich di circa 2 ha e il pond Brettmühlenteich con un campeggio adiacente.
