Wilhelmsfeld è un comune con circa 3200 abitanti nella circoscrizione del Rhein-Neckar nel nord-ovest del Baden-Württemberg. La località climatica riconosciuta dallo stato è nata all'inizio del XVIII secolo nell'area di disboscamento dell'Odenwald.
Il territorio comunale si trova a un'altezza di 280 fino a 530 metri nel paesaggio collinare del sud dell'Odenwald, direttamente dietro il suo gradino di arenaria. La posizione è caratterizzata dal fondovalle dell'Hilsbach, in cui confluisce il Belschbach, e dalle colline boschive circostanti. L'Hilsbach scorre verso est verso il Steinach. A ovest si apre un crinale verso la valle di Schriesheim.
