Altengamme è un quartiere della Città Libera e Anseatica di Amburgo. Appartiene ai Vierlanden nel distretto di Bergedorf.
Include anche la riserva naturale della Borghorster Elblandschaft, che è composta dalle tre aree parziali Altengammer Elbwiesen, Borghorster Dünen e dal grande Borghorster Brack creato da una rottura dell'argine.
