Oberstenfeld [ˈoːbɐstn̩fɛlt] è un comune del distretto di Ludwigsburg in Baden-Württemberg, 40 km a nord di Stoccarda. Fa parte della regione di Stoccarda e della zona periferica della regione metropolitana europea di Stoccarda.
Oberstenfeld si trova nell'alta valle di Bottwar nel nord-est del distretto di Ludwigsburg e partecipa ai paesaggi naturali delle montagne Schwäbisch-Fränkische e della pianura del Neckar. A nord e a est confina con le montagne di Löwenstein, mentre a ovest si ergono le colline ricoperte di vigneti di Forstberg e Wunnenstein. La frazione di Prevorst si trova sulle colline boschive delle montagne di Löwenstein in un'exclave comunale, circondata dai territori di quattro comuni del distretto di Heilbronn e del circondario di Rems-Murr.
