I berlinesi hanno accesso a 620 km di piste ciclabili, di cui circa 150 km di piste ciclabili obbligatorie, 190 km di percorsi ciclabili fuoristrada, 60 km di corsie per biciclette sulle strade, 70 km di corsie per autobus condivise aperte ai ciclisti, 100 km di piste pedonali/biciclette combinate e 50 km di corsie per biciclette contrassegnate sui marciapiedi. Oltre a una varietà di piste ciclabili e corsie per biciclette, ci sono anche le Fahrradstrassen (strade per biciclette) dove le biciclette hanno la priorità e i veicoli sono limitati a 30 km/h.
